I am a roleplayer, a larper and an all around geek. It has been said about me that if a topic can be placed in any scientific field of research, then I have an interest in it - and this is hardly far from the truth.
My particular interest is history, however - political, religious, societal, you name it. To dig my own hole even deeper, I am also a part time philosopher and it isn't entirely usual for me to spout something truly profound, though I mostly fail to realize it is before it's even out there.

Currently reading (or just finished, actually) Patrick Rothfuss' 'Kingkiller Chronicles', at least what books have been published so far. Other than that, I am a fantasy geek. 'A Song of Ice and Fire' by GRR Martin remains a perennial favourite, along with the master - Tolkien - himself, as well as Brandon Sanderson's 'Mistborn' trilogy, and recently Tad Williams' 'Shadowmarch' books. I enjoy historical novels as well, particularly Bernard Cornwell's books.
