About me:
RLC... don't u just love it? For me, this place is all about good communication. With that, we can fire each other's imaginations and create deep emotional reactions in the people we meet and allow them to do the same to us. I love that aspect of this place. It's funny, but it's SO easy to pick out those people in RLC that u KNOW you are going to gel with. You can just FEEL it coming through their words, how they express themselves and, in particular, how they respond to your own interaction with them. Done well, the written word is a beautiful thing because of its ability to "touch" us deep inside. I love that... and so I love being here in RLC. Another great thing about RLC is this: when you have been in a loving real life relationship for a long time... in my case, around 30 years... many people find that they crave something. They still love their real life partner to bits... but their familiarity with each other and the routines of everyday life often lead to a loss of something we all need. A basic human need… and that need is to receive ATTENTION. We get that when we first start going out with someone in real life... but it's almost impossible to retain that intensity of excitement and tingling anticipation over a long period. That doesn't mean that the real life relationship is, in any way, bad. It's just that it's... mature. So RLC, by giving us all these opportunities to meet people in an interactive way, provides that BUZZ for us... but it does it in a safer way than what most people in real life do in these circumstances, and that's through having real life affairs. And that, my friends… in a nutshell… is why I'm in RLC. I just love the thrill of meeting people and enjoying good company. The banter... the laughter... the music... the dancin'... the FUN of being with others in a liberating world. I just LOVE it. Don’t you?
Who I'd like to meet:
Well… the people I would most like to meet are those that mirror my own feelings about RLC. Those that love good company and delight in being with someone that strives to understand their emotions, thoughts and needs. I adore people who enjoy banter and humour… and who don’t take themselves too seriously. Talking to people who can express themselves eloquently and with rich vocabulary is so so rewarding and finding such people is like discovering nuggets on the seashore. That makes RLC the world’s biggest treasure hunt, then… because finding vibrant people that are capable of entwining their mind with yours is like winning the lottery, as these people are simply… PRICELESS. And, yes… these people ARE out there in RLC. I’ve met them…. I know. People who can tune their minds so closely to your own wavelength that talking to them blends in to what can only be described as… MIND-MELD. When time stands still and you both are utterly, utterly lost in each other’s thoughts. Swimming together in the joy of being with another soul that is the perfect reflection of your own. This is my definition of… BLISS. And I know there are many people out there in RLC that have this potential. You want to know the type of woman I seek… well, that’s her. Question is… is that woman you?

Interests:
Other than loving people, I have quite a few interests. I work away from home midweek and so this gives me time to enjoy RLC. This is with the full agreement of my lovely wife as we both know the benefit of having that BUZZ in our lives. She has precisely the same freedom. I love sport and have played rugby, cricket and football for many years. When I get chance, I teach martial arts (being a fully qualified karate instructor) and I revel in walking with my dogs and family in the countryside. We live in an idyllic spot surrounded by deer, badgers, heron, foxes, sparrowhawks, kingfishers, etc., etc. So I spend a lot of time walking in our secluded, steep-sided rural valley. My other BIG passion is motorcycling. I have ridden around a quarter of a million miles on my beloved Bonnie in many countries. When I get chance, I’ll pop some pictures on my profile of the stunning places I’ve been. I find long, long road trips amazingly relaxing. My head simply zones out into something akin to a hypnotic trance. Soooooooooooooo relaxing. I come back absolutely transformed and completely stress-free. Biking therapy… should be available on prescription.
