THE UTHERVERSE PEACE AGREEMENT IS NOT A FAMILY, WE ARE THE JOINING OF ALL THE FAMILY HEADS OF ALL THE FAMILIES ON RLC THAT WISH TO JOIN US. WE ARE PROMOTING UNITY BETWEEN THE FAMILIES, CLANS AND GROUPS. WE PROMOTE RESPECTING EACH OTHER IN RLC SO THAT WE MAY BRING FUN AND LESS DRAMA TO OUR FANTASY. WE OFFER YOU A VOICE THE VOICE OF ALL WHO WISH TO HAVE A RESPECTED, FUN, DRAMA FREE TIME ON RLC. THIS COUNCIL WILL NOT INTERFERE IN THE RUNNING OF YOUR FAMILY OR ASK YOU TO SHOW A TAG, THIS COUNCIL IS NOT HERE TO RULE, BUT TO SERVE. YOU SHOW YOUR ALLIANCE TO THIS BY SENDING A FRIENDS REQUEST TO THIS PAGE. IF YOU DO SO YOU AGREE TO TREAT OTHER FAMILIES WITH RESPECT AND TO NOT RAID TAGGED FAMILY MEMBERS FROM EXISTING FAMILIES. THIS IS OUR TEMPORARY TREATY UNTIL ALL MEMBERS HAVE AGREED TO THE WORDING THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED AND/OR EXCLUDED UTHERVERSE ALLIANCE TREATY ORGANIZATION (UATO) >LEFT> AND UPA> LEFT> SO THIS IS A REPLACEMENT ORGANIZED PEACE COUNCIL. To help promote unity between the families, clans and groups of RLC and to create a less Drama free world, the Heads of Each Family have agreed to form this Council so that we may have a voice as one and to stand together against those who do not show respect to the families that exist in RLC and to help any differences and/or disagreements that may occur. This treaty in no way will run or interfere with each members Family. You are free to run your family as you wish as long as you do not disrespect other families in the process. This council will have a profile with all the families that wish to be part of the council listing the Heads of each family, clan or group will be placed on the friends list for all to see and it will be in alphabetical order so as not to upset anyone or deem that one family is higher than the other. All the families that sign this agreement agree to follow the agreements set in place to keep peace between the families, clans, groups and its members. Council= Heads of Family’s, Clans, Elders or any other existing Body, Group or Species that govern their family. 1. The Council agrees to respect each other at all times. 2. The Council agrees that recruiting for family members will not be done to members that are tagged by existing families. 3. It is agreed that if a tagged member from an existing family goes to another family and wants to join, that the heads of the family accepting the member contact the heads of family the member is leaving to be respectful, the family that the member is leaving can not get upset if their member is leaving of their own accord, as long as the member was not approached by the family they are going to join. 4. The Council agrees that if a problem arises, to peacefully bring it to the Heads of the family that is occurred with to be handled, and to try and settle it among themselves peacefully, if you can not handle it among yourselves then you have the option to bring it to the council to be settled. 5. The Council agrees that if there is a disagreement between two families and the disagreement can not be settled between the two families involved that they agree to bring it to the Council to discuss and settle the disagreement. The Heads of each family agrees be held accountable by the council for their members behavior if it has to be brought to the Council. The complaint must come to the council in writing with screenshots as backup, if there are no screenshots the council will not hear the complaint based on he said/she said. The families who come to the UATO to settle their disagreement agree to hear the judgment and suggestions of the Counsel. The UATO will not hear complaints until the families in question have tried to work it out among themselves first. Heads of families will be held responsible for their members. • President: Will preside over the meetings to keep order and this is who the complaints and backup documentation will be sent to for all disagreements. • Vice President: Will be back up if the President can not attend the meeting • Secretary: Will keep the meeting notes and log the decisions made against disagreements, to be emailed to all members of the Council. The Council will meet one more time before this is posted to vote on who will be the first leaders of this council for the first 4 months. All families, clans or groups are invited to join this Council if you agree to follow the agreement set forth by this treaty. In signing this document you agree, that your family, clan, group or other body of members, will follow the agreements of this treaty from this day forward.
