About me:
PHOK's Rules
1) It is the duty of Queen to afford reasonable protection and ensure the welfare of all PHOK members.
Therefor in order to do this all members will be submit to Queen's Rule.
2) The Queen is head of PHOK family and responsible for all the members.
3) If you choose to have a Master/Mistress outside the PHOK family it will be approved by Queen first.
4) If you wish to pleasue another PHOK member's submissive, you will seek permission from that member and get their approval prior. Queen is excluded from this rule. If request is denied then it is denied.
5) Any jealousy or fighting in the family will be dealt with by Queen immediately.
6) When Mistress/Master comes on line, you will pm them at once. If called you will come at once no matter what you may be doing.
7) All Sub will strip naked when Queen is present in any PHOK Zaby.
8) If your Mistress/Master is not on line you are free to do as you please. Remember you are PHOK and your actions affect PHOK!!
9) If any family member is having trouble refer it to their Mistress/Master to handle. If not on, PM any PHOK member to help. We are all resposible for each other in times of need. Any issues will be reported to Queen for any additional handling if needed.
10) When a meeting is called by Queen, there will be no pm or chat.You will not leave a meeting without approval. You will conduct yourself with respect at these meetings or be asked to leave.
11) Queen will be responsible for the settlement of disputes using the rules or best judgment, expulsion will be the right of Queen only, after facts have been provided to all Msasters/Mistresses and discussed.
12) All PHOK members new and old will be required to attend formal training. This training will be approved by Queen. No exceptions allowed..
13) When Queen is on line you will PM her. If in their Zaby you will PM first and jump to them when told to. There will be no personal invites unless you are wanted for some reason.
Footnote: The rules may be adjusted or modified as needed. New rules may be added as need arises. Should existing rules be changed all PHOK will be notified by mail or PM.
