Lepic's Scoop
About me:
To be honest, I came here with a pure voyeuristic purpose (hence the nick ;-) This lasted for about 4 hours and I had heard enough of "huh, huh, lick my pussy, etc." and saw enough of the skin textures to want to do something else.
I then started to look at the decors with a technical eye (I am an IT engineer), thinking how these kind of simulations could be used to train firemen, teach CPR, and many other life and cost saving purposes. This took another 4 hours.
Then I met my first friends at the square and begun to see this "sex website" differently: one can really go around and behave like a normal person and also interact with other normal persons!
I met some special people who made me feel deeper emotions. I think the word "complicity" would correctly define this relationship: of course it means "partnership or involvement in wrongdoing" (the pervert aspect), but etymologically it also means "united", the way the French sometimes use the word "complicité".
I displayed the poems I wrote years ago in my zaby and some of my friends were nice enough to lie and pretend they were nice: fame at least.
This is where I am now, trying to build better relations with my few friends while remaining open to other friendships.
I am thinking about changing my nick, I still hesitate between "theTrueRomantic" and "IWannaRipYourAss". lol
Time now to clean up the growing friends' list. First criteria: "ethic of reciprocity" (the Golden Rule). Like in the real world, virtual friendships and relationships should be balanced and reciprocal.
Just changed my nick, Lepic, for l'Epicurien or the Epicurian.
What do I like about the guy? Ethic of reciprocity as mentioned above, his scientific approach, and egalitarianism.
What don't I like about him? Well first of all, "Pleasure is good, pain is bad" is not always true, also Epic advocated a sort of asceticism (including sex!) that does not really fit his search for pleasure (is a "simple" pleasure really a pleasure?)
