If it's music, I'm listening to it or making it, or better yet it's just running through my mind. I love, love, and I love the mind, I also hate it! I love to meditate and joga because it brings me peace, and I love my parents, because they're... well they're just rad. My friends are great! I hold on to the good ones for the long run, and blesssed to have such great ones. I'm fassinated by the body and health. Funny how what you eat and how much you move about changes the way you feel. Why are we here? Always a good question! I love to skate, snowboard, hike, sail, swim, dive, create, and recreate. Did I say I like to travel? most of the recent travel I've don't has been to cities with a suit case. I'd like to do more travel in far off places to travel their counry side by pack. I love adverture, and I'm damn tired of going out to the discos!!!! I Love writing and producing my own songs even if no one else is feeling it!
