Interests:
I have many interests and enjoy learning new hobbies. Books, cooking, sewing clothes and toys. I draw and paint from time to time and particularly injoy role playing games and fantasy based fiction. Love long walks and am drawn to water. The Pacific ocean can both sooth and excite me as the waves crash around me. I delight in long walks on the beach to collect Agate rocks and beautiful sea shells. Waterfalls are special too, as is the soft warm rain of springtime. All water is special.
I connect to all things Celtic. Music, insturments, history, art and legends. History is fascinating. Oh there is so much that is of interest and so little time lol.

Music:
I like to mix my music and like most music but not too fond of rap with the exception of Sir Mix-a-Lot whom I grew up listning too. A little Country , some Classic, a lot of Pop, some RB, some oldies like Queen, Stones, Beatles. Seaon all that with Ole Blue Eyes ( Sinatra) from my Mom's collection and top it off with instrurmentals from different countries around the world and end with a bagpipe playing Amazing Grace and there you have a perfect lineup for me. Did I remember to mention the music from Riverdance? Well toss that in along with the Scottish Sword Dance ! Oh, steel drums are really neat too.
Movies:
There are so many good ones out now , mostly comedies are what I prefer but I do enjoy the adventures too

Books:
Fuzzy wuzzy was a Bear, my first book at 3 yrs old. Still a fav! The Bible, most cookbooks, well written history books. Any thing on Anthropology and/or Egyptology. Any and all Nora Roberts books, both novels and J. D. Robb series. Anything written on Dragons . I loved the Pern books.Another fav book that I will always have is a book of illustrations by Norman Rockwell. I never tire of his work, Beverly Doolittle is another Artist who's books have charmed me with their hidden images that are such fun to find. Books! So many that I love. They are good friends that I will always enjoy , I hope. Many more to become new favorites in the future!
