I have a very diverse musical taste. I love Lindsey Stirling, Adele, Ingrid Michaelson, Metallica, The Beatles (who doesn't?), Taylor Swift, Of Monsters and Men, George Ezra, George Hrab, Abney Park, Garfunkel and Oates, Tim Minchin, Weird Al Yankovic, Tori Amos, and Pandora Celtica. I could list about fifty others, but those are the top choices right now. They may change tomorrow (apart from the standards like Beatles and Metallica, of course).
Movies:
I'm a fan of the current crop of Marvel superhero movies. I also love Star Wars, Mad Max: Fury Road, That Thing You Do, Josie and the Pussycats, The Princess Bride, Labyrinth, anything by Pixar (especially The Incredibles and Toy Story 3), Mystery Men, Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away, XXX, and Don Juan Demarco. I'm a sucker for sappy romantic comedies like The Holiday, Kate & Leopold, Love Actually, Four Weddings and a Funeral, and Bed of Roses. I also enjoy the Monty Python films.
Books:
I love Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, as well as Neverwhere and American Gods by Gaiman, and pretty much all of the Discworld books by Pratchett. I grew up with a love of the work of Robert Heinlein--the first non-picture book I remember reading was Have Spacesuit, Will Travel, and I've read nearly everything else he wrote more than once. My favorite of his books is The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress. I also enjoy the Harry Potter books, as well as The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings. Non-fiction wise, I'm a fan of Robert Wiseman's Quirkology, Carl Sagan's The Demon Haunted World, and the memoirs of professional wrestlers Mick Foley and Chris Jericho.
