I am a geek gamer girl, cut my teeth on quite a few MMOs with my down time, which is where I learned I love cyberchat. Music:
I have a pretty wide field of likes for music, whatever I can move and dance to is a good starting point, though I love whatever expresses a real feeling, or a real story. You can always tell when an artist has lived the experiences they are talking about in their art, from one who is just ruminating on it.
Movies:
I like a wide range of TV and movies as well, whatever has a unique premise, or true characters, or is just simply fun. I am constantly looking for the next idea or story that hasn't been told, or maybe hasn't been told as well as it has now.
Books:
I read in the small spaces where I can: at work, winding down in bed before going to sleep, or just for quiet moments. I don't get to read anywhere near as much as I might like, but time is finite, even if your desires of what to do with it are not. With books I can like trashy just as much as intellectual, and for every masterpiece, sometimes I just like hack writing as well, you can't appreciate the former without seeing its opposite.
