HOW TO REPORT A CONTENT COMPLAINT

If you are a member from SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN the United States Of America:

We may remove infringing content from our Service using the following process:

You must be prepared to provide the following information that will be in the Content Complaints Form, and you make such statements under penalty of perjury, if what you say is not true:

(i) A statement that you are the OWNER of the content. Note that if you are not the owner you may not file a complaint.

(ii) A clear description identifying the place where the content you claim is infringing is located situated (which world, which region, which room etc.);

(iii) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing your owned content;

(iv) Information to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address;

(v) A sworn statement that you have not authorized the use of your content that you are complaining about; and

(vi) A sworn statement that the information in your complaint is accurate.
